Crochet For Small Fry was published in 1944 by The Spool Cotton Company. These are mostly done in thread of varying sizes. The cover pattern is called Daddy's Pal. This one of the few done in size 30 thread with a size 10 hook (1.3mm). Below we have Mischievous Miss who appears to have gotten into the cookies. The toddler wearing Traveling Light is considering what to pack in while wearing a cute dress and hat. Both of these are done is size 10 thread. Even though the title says "Crochet" they threw in a couple of knitted items. These two pages come with the title "Prepared for a Shower". Knitted soakers are on the left and an infant's shawl on the right. These are both made with American Thread "Dawn" Baby Yarn. The child on the swing is Flying High in a cardigan made in baby yarn. I'm missing a page but based on the Ravelry entry I think the one on the right is called Precious Pet and is made in size 10 thread. The pattern on the left is called Glamour Girl. Did they mean to leave the vacuum in the background? That doesn't seem very glamorous but maybe they're cleaning up after the cookie snacking above. On the right we have Dandy Duck. The duck is made with a light weight yarn and stuffed. I'm going to make a pattern called "Little Mother". As far as I can tell, there isn't a picture of it in the booklet so it will be a surprise on how it turns out.
